FICEP is reknowned in the world to have the widest range of solutions and applications available. If you have a particular request, we normally have it.
This is how our customers recognise us to be a total solution provider. This is what distinguishes us from everybody else.
Also in the case of shotblasting equipment we have a range of products that really show how we listen to our customers and our industry.
If you really require high speed in shotblasting this is the solution to look at.
High speed cannot be achieved by only increasing the number of turbines and the power installed. There is a limit over which the hotspot covered per total area to be shotblasted cannot physically be increased unless you rethink the way the whole process of throwing shot to the part. This is what FICEP has been doing in the design of this super performant machine.
In this solution, in fact, the upper wheels are installed with a certain angle. This technique avoids the shot to sit on top of the area to be cleaned. It is common in fact for straight wheels to reach a maximum amount of shot per minute because to much shot would result in a more covered area by the same shot.
The inclination of the wheels allow also a wider hot spot resulting in a higher limit of quantity of shot that can be used per minute. This really enhances the possibility of increasing power on the wheels obtaining a faster throughput.

Marking Unit

The marking unit is suitable to mark the upper side of the plate and its cross positioning is obtained through the Y axis.

It is fitted with a disc holder for characters whose rotation is CNC controlled by means of a servomotor.

Scribing

Device for automatic scribing operations through drilling unit. This device is supplied with a special tool and a self-adapting system, which is automatically adjusted according to the material deformation.
