G Series

This range of machines, the G type, is the most classic of all.
Straight wheels, compact blast chamber, reduced layout space and the highest performance in shotblasting due to our ETA wheel technology.
The turbines are the top of the class, the benchmark in shot blasting, this machine is equipped with the famous patented wheels ETA wheels.
ETA wheels allow a well distributed shot pattern called the hotspot.
This incredible surface treatment feature is unique around the world and makes this machine the best value for money in shotblasting today.
It’s extremely easy to understand that a wider hotspot would immediately give a higher productivity due to the fact that in the same amount of time or, in the same amount of feeding speed of the steel beams or plates through the blast chamber, the treated surface is bigger. Simple!

Marking Unit

The marking unit is suitable to mark the upper side of the plate and its cross positioning is obtained through the Y axis.

It is fitted with a disc holder for characters whose rotation is CNC controlled by means of a servomotor.

Scribing

Device for automatic scribing operations through drilling unit. This device is supplied with a special tool and a self-adapting system, which is automatically adjusted according to the material deformation.
