CNC Punching and Hydraulic Shearing for Transmission Towers

  • Faster transportation:
    Improved, high-speed and precise transportation with the clamp set to inject bar stock at a speed of 120 mt/min.
  • Faster clamping of materials:
    The unique automatic pressing system can always keep in contact with the material even during positioning. Each punching unit has two pressing parts, one at the front and the other at the back, to better ensure the edge clamping of the profile.
  • Faster punching:
    The latest and most sophisticated hydraulic power unit ensures that punching can be operated at ultra-high speed. The force and speed of the punching unit are automatically managed by the CNC according to the diameter and the material being processed.
  • Faster machining and tool pre-positioning:
    Each punching unit has its own cylinder and independent positioning system, so that when working at one station, another punching unit can be pre-positioned during the masking time.
  • Faster shearing:
    The innovative hydraulic power unit can carry out a fast cutting process. The force and speed of the shearing unit are automatically managed by the CNC as a function of the size of the material being processed.
  • Faster oil speed:
    Specially research the manifold to reach the maximum oil speed of the cylinder.
  • Faster pressure setting:
    The new generation of hydraulic unit allows automatic numerical control to control the pressure adjustment of the working unit.

Marking Unit - drawer-type

Automatic hydraulic marking unit with 4 or 8 marking groups-controlled by CNC to select the appropriate marking group.

Marking Unit - rotating disc

The marking unit is suitable for marking (one character at a time) on the flanges on the angular, flat and U-shaped channel webs.
The marking unit is equipped with a disk-shaped frame for characters, and its rotation is controlled by a servo motor numerically.
The marking cycle is automatically selected from the CNC, and the X axis of the production line is used longitudinally.
